1 - Must be a diploma holder in Human Resources.

2 - With two years work experience, preferably in the construction Industry.

3 - Must be a self starter and must be able to be on-site and provide another strategic service.

4 - Must be conversant with Zambian Labour laws.

5 - Must have hands-on experience on HR issues and able to use Microsoft packages such as Word,Excel, and Powerpoint.

6 - Must be a Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
